College Basketball Betting - (9) Georgetown Hoyas at West Virginia Mountaineers. Saturday 7:00 PM ET
 The top two teams in the top conference in the country, the Big East, get together on Saturday night when West Virginia welcomes Georgetown to Morgantown for a key college basketball contest.
If oddsmakers are right, we should expect a physical and competitive contest. Tip-time is set for 7:00 PM ET on ESPN.
Georgetown (15-2, 6-8 ATS) is in first place in the Big East; however that could all change when they visit conference foe West Virginia.
The Hoyas are 5-2 on the road this season with an experienced cast. However, Roy Hibbert and company will face a rowdy Mountaineers crowd which has inspired Bob Huggins club to be 9-1 on the home hardwood.
Georgetown comes in off always hard fought Syracuse matchup and is 15-5 ATS after three consecutive conference games over the last two seasons.
West Virginia (16-4, 7-6 ATS) lacks size, but not heart and is 19-8 ATS in home games versus good three-point shooting teams - making 37 percent or more of their attempts.
The 'Teers are also 14-5 ATS when playing against a top-level team (Win Pct. > 80%) over the last three campaigns.
With a 2-4 ATS record in its last six games, Georgetown would seem to be going through the motions at this point in the season. Perhaps the Hoyas' experience of reaching the Final Four a year ago taught them not to peak too early.
However, the Mountaineers have displayed a hunger not seen in a few years in these parts in their first season under Bob Huggins. They will be anxious to take down a foes recognized as one of the top national title contenders. However, they too are just 2-6 ATS in their last eight games.
