NBA - Denver Nuggets at Dallas Mavericks (-8) 8:35 PM EST
The NBA is well into its second month of the season and so far, no one has separated themselves from the pack in terms of the favorites for the title. In fact, going into this week's action there were seven teams leading the way at the top with just four or five losses.
The hottest clubs seem to be in Detroit and Dallas. After losing the head-to-head meeting between the two teams on Thursday night, the Mavericks will try to rebound Saturday against Denver.
Dallas saw its winning streak hit 12 games heading into a two-game east coast road trip that started Monday but it immediately lost at Washington. After splitting with the Nets and Pistons, the defending Western Conference Champions find themselves in second place in the Southwest Division, just behind San Antonio and just ahead of Houston. They've already lost three times at home though and are just 5-5 ATS there, so Cuban's boys would love to reverse that trend with a resounding win on Saturday.
The Nuggets are easily the highest scoring team in the league thus far, averaging just a hair under 110 points per game, so it should be an exciting contest.
In all, 14 games grace the weekend NBA betting board on Saturday and Sunday, and sportsbook.com is offering up game lines, totals, and player props for every one of them. |
