I'm pretty sure the Titans will try hard to trade down in the draft if there are any takers. If not I think they will take either Williams or more likely PacMan Jones. Rolle is a possibility, but I think Jones' outstanding ability returning punts and kicks has the Titans intrigued. I grew up in Houston and was a big Oiler fan, and I just followed my allegiance when they moved to Tennessee. Since I have SundayTicket I never miss a game.
