Thxs fella's glad to be here Naught no secerts just got into the right situation from a friend in the Market a few years back and was able to cash in big time. Now I own some properties here in AZ and have profiting off of them. Just bought my house 2 years ago for $165,00 and just got it appraised and re-fianced, appraisal went for 232,00 and thats just in 2 years. The area is growing fast and I landed about 12 spots which all are increasing in value at an awesome rate.. That is my secert and thanks to some lucky timing I been able to live up the benefits right away instead of waiting for things to click.. So thats it!! Back to making some more money!!! |
