Default August 12, CFL Plays

Friday:

6-5

Pretty average season so far, all things lean to a good play tonight:

4* Montreal Alouettes/Toronto Argonauts Game Total UNDER 54.5 -110

Montreal play Toronto tonight at the Rogers Center in Toronto. Montreal will miss each of their 1,000 yard receivers on Friday night and will have to make due with a core of no name players... even Kwame Cavill was dealt earlier this year. Ben Cahoon won't play as he has an broken wrist/elbow and won't return until September. Toronto is without starting QB Damon Allen tonight and will give way to Michael Bishop. Career stats vs Montreal? 19/50 321yards 1TD 8INT, not too promising. Yes, I know Montreal's defense isn't quite where it was last years but it's coming around lately and should step up tonight knowing their offense will likely be slowed. Toronto's defense is still one of the best with mainstays Mike O'Shea and Adrian Smith the Argos are always one of the best home defenses and I'll bet on it tonight. Given the conditions of the teams, injuries, etc. I'll take a shot at an under. I wanted to play the SSK/OTT under 52.5 last night but held back, I regretted it. Lets see another under tonight. Hopefully Toronto give Avery the ball more than enough times tonight and kill that clock.
