FYI ON MARIA..
At the end of the second set tiebreak which Henin won 8-6, Sharapova required treatment on her back from the trainer. She says it has been bothering her for a short while and after a lot of long points that involved a lot of movement, she felt it was getting tighter as the match went on. She said she was having a bit of difficulty serving but after a bit of manipulation she continued and tried to forget about it.
Sharapova said it was important for her to regroup mentally after not closing out the second set and squandering the three match points. She told herself that she had been playing well till then so why couldn't she just pick that up again? She did and went on to win.
WAS ABOUT TO HIT HER PRETTY HEAVY BUT THAN I READ THAT AND MAKES ME GO HMMMMM
Think i may just stick to KIM tonight..(very heavy)
Maybe a small play on Maria ? HMMMM
Maybe some doubles matches...
