dcheng112, I have been closing the threads at 1 PM EST on Sundays lately. I said 12 in the rules but I have been closing them at 1. Once I close the thread anywhere from 12 PM to 1 PM on Sundays, no more picks can be posted obviously. Everyone should post thier plays before all of thier plays start, and no more picks for the week after 12 to 1 PM EST on Sundays, whenever I close the thread. To be safe, everyone should have made thier plays before 12 PM EST on Sundays, If the thread is not closed at that time, then it is still open till I close it
