I read it before I posted. I agree and hope the total goes to 49, not sure if it will though. One reason I am not sold 100% on the Colts being the best team is firstly look at the first half of their schedule.

The only team that would pose as any type of offensive threat was the Rams who went up 17-0 in Indianapolis, who apparently had an improved defense. Now it would look as if they were improved defensively considering their first 5 games they gave up :
7, 3, 6, 10, &3. To the 1st 5 teams. Then they give up 28 to STL & 20 to Houston. Does that sound improved? Yeah they ended the streak against the Patriots, but if the Patriots were 100% healthy and had all of their key off/def players, would the Colts have won? Colts did win and thats the end of story, but you have to look at the whole spectrum here before you jump on the bandwagon of the Indianapolis Colts. |
