Jacksonville St. broke a 20 game road losing streak Thursday at Samford. Tonight they go on the road to play Tenn-Martin. Tenn-Martin has the biggest starting five in the conference at 6'9", 6'9", 6'8", 6'5", 6'5". They avg. 37.6 rpg. while Jacksonville St. avg. 29.0 rpg. Tenn-Martin should control the inside game. Martin's two 6'5" guards Newson and Kelly both avg. 19.6 ppg. Both of these guards are the real deal, they can really play. If Jacksonville St. tries to clog the middle and play the guards straight up Newson or Kelly will win that battle. If they try and play help defense against the guards they'll leave the inside open. This is a very bad match up for Jacksonville St. One last thing. Tenn-Martin is a much better team at home than on the road.

TENN. TECH. AT SEMO
Last year Tech won both meetings with a 2pt. win at home and a 1pt. win in overtime at SEMO. In Thursday nights 3pt. win at E. Ill. Tenn. Tech. shot 32.5% from the floor and 20.8% from three. They out rebounded E. Ill. 54-42 with 32 offensive rebounds. The rebounds were the key to the win. SEMO and Tech match up pretty even in rebounding with Tech. averaging 1 more per game. The key for SEMO will be keeping them off the offensive glass. These two schools always play good against each other. I took Tech. against E. Ill. Knowing it's hard to cover as a road favorite in this league. I'll gladly take the points in this one.
SEMO +4
I might have more later so check back. Time for bed now
