I was considering limiting the dog, because it was pretty obvious that some were just taking big dogs towards the end and it was getting a little out of character of what this POD idea is about, but I saw some taking +400 and +500 in the middle of last month. Your strongest play could also mean your most value game for the money. I won't penalize someone for hitting a big dog because if that is what they like, then so be it. They are very hard to hit in the first place. The only thing that is changing for this month is no plays over -150 and we will be counting records for the month and for the year.
As for your other question, yes, if you win, you don't lose what you risked, same goes when you place a real bet.
