Saturday:
Parlay: (5 units)
FC Copenhagen -300 over FC Nordsjaelland (Denmark)
Bayern Munich -350 over Bochum (Germany)
The two no brainers of the day for me. This Copenhagen team is only lately starting to pickup speed and a big scoreline here in favor of Copenhagen isn't out of the question. Copenhagen are 9-0-0 in their last 2 vs Nordsjælland and have won 4 consecutive road games vs this club. This is a one way series. Copenhagen's last home games go: 2-2 (with first place Brondby), 3-0W, Brondby, 4-0W, Randers, 4-0W, Midtjylland. Nordsjælland have scored a paltry 8 goals on the road in 12 games this season. This is VERY bad for them visiting a club that's in a title chase and are in full form. No chance here, maybe 3-1, 4-1 F.
Munich are in a race as well but sit 6pts atop the Bundesliga 1 and play lowly Bochum this weekend. Munich will have Pizarro, Makaay and Ballack all suited for this matchup. They are looking very healthy and dangerous now. Bochum, like all other teams in the Bundesliga can suprise but I must go with the percentages here. Home wins for Munich is 12-2-1 and they've won 4 consecutive home matches (one included a 3-2 win over Chelsea). This team has no more cups and will put all force into the Bundesliga crown. Bochum have had a lot of trouble keeping the ball out of their own net on the road conceeding 34 (2nd worst in the league) while surrendering 57 for the season (2nd worst). Munich will be too much here, they have all strikers back and will look to put a hurt on Bochum. They will make it tough to score here. Hopefully a clean sheet for Munich will see them a 3 point take here
Strong lean towards Charlton/Norwich City over 2.5 goals... Ashton now has 4 goals in his last 3 matches for Norwich who have been playing wide open style of football and are battling out of the EPL basement. Charlton have been playing a lot of 2-1, 3-0, 2-2 games lately and show a wide open playing lately. I watched them last week and they're just out to try to win now, Charlton have UEFA Cup aspirations but it's unlikely. I do see scoring here, perhaps early and often.
GL!
