Strong play, hopefully we keep it going...
4* Barcelona/Malaga Game Total UNDER 2.5 -125
This game is appealing under for a couple of reasons. Samuel Eto'o is absent for Barcelona and he is their leading goal scorer. Malaga has had strong play at home and goals are rare at the Roselada stadium. Malaga's 17 home goals is 3rd worst in the league... they have surrendered 18. Malaga have been keeping the ball out of their net lately. Barcelona 2 weeks ago suffered a very degrading 4-2 defeat to Real Madrid, this has put a refocus on their defense and surely today they will put their foot down again (last week they had a clean sheet against Getafe). Without Eto'o their focus will be on defense here. Barcelona team had been getting tired weeks ago (Ronaldinho complained they didn't have enough depth on offense and they were getting tired). They require points here, Madrid is a mere 3 points back of them now and brimming with confidence. I think Barca will take a 1 pt here, or will be willing to. Clamps put on here. 1-0, 2-0 or 1-1. I will hope for Barca to play more of that tight defense they've been playing.
