I like Wagerweb. They are a solid book with some good options. The only downfall that they used to have is thier withdrawl fees. No more though. You get one free withdrawl with any of thier options every 30 days now. I think that was a very smart move for them.
Neteller and Moneybookers withdrawls are always free withdrawls....
