Paypal isn't an option anymore. Most if not all banks credit and debit cards get declined these days.
You tried to use your CC to deposit into Neteller and they declined? You almost have to connect a bank account to them if it did or maybe your CC is blocking Neteller. Try all of the other options out there like Solidpay and Firepay for an example. |
