CSKA should've took the first leg but a late error resulted in an equalizing goal. Partizan on the other hand suffer more blows as their top striker Pierre Boya will miss as he suffered an ankle injury in the first leg of this UEFA tie. Sasa Ilic will also serve in this game as well for Partizan, 2 massive hits to their offense. There's no way they hold down Moscow in Russia.
Eindhoven are as close to unbeatable as it gets. Try these numbers: YTD: 19 wins 4 draw 1 loss, they are at an amazing form right now off 3 consecutive wins 4-0, 3-0 and 4-1 one of those teams being the 8th seed Heerenveen. H2H vs Groningen? 11-3-1 in 15 lifetime matches, 4-1-0 last 5 and more impressive 3-0 over the last 3 games with 10 goals for and 0 surrendered to Groningen. PSV are on a high after their defeat of Monaco in the Champions League and will try to increase their league lead over AZ Alkmaar (Alkmaar won again yesterday) to 7 points with a win over Groningen. The Dutch league offers me the parity I need, Groningen aren't a bad dutch team with a 9-5-10 record but when you line them up against the top 3 (PSV, AZ, Ajax) it's always a one sided affair with no chance for the bottom squads. Eindhoven are an amazing +52 in goal differential, this team is thriving on defense and offense at this point in the season. Another mismatch here and presents very good opportunities for PSV.
