People will gamble regardless, it's an American hobby for millions of people. Leave it the same, regulate it or push it more underground. It's thier choice, but it aint gonna stop.
I don't think it has anything to do with morals. It is all because the U.S government can't do anything about getting your winnings. Most of these bookies are licensed in third world countries and out of the U.S's reach. I think the government should license some regulated online bookies here in the U.S. It would me nice to have the option to go into an actual facility to pick up your winnings or at least have an American court or gaming control where you can fight to get your winnings. When your betting 5 figures and 4 figures it's nice to have some secruity.
