I didn't mean to say you were betting it just for action Nick. I just meant it was one of those games where most probably were. With such a huge card tomorrow, it had that feel to me anyway.
Hopefully tomorrow will be a great day. |
Let me say this and I'll be finished, they BLITZED his FRESHMAN ass the entire 2nd half and made him throw at least 2 INT's that I saw. He did not have time to think and thats why he made the mistakes and got no scores in the 2nd half, so then you are going to play coverage and rush 3 men and let him pick you apart.......... I just can't comprehind it, no kind of a way, all they did was give S. Fla a chance to tie the game. The receiver drops the 2 pt conversion or they go to OT, when Rutgers played soft on the last drive I was pulling for S. Florida to tie it and beat these sorry SOB, no nuts at all coaches
Why would the def coordinator, think the same defense he played all 2nd half (and not give up a single point) would not work on the last drive????? I mean S. Fla did not have 50 yds of offense the entire 2nd half and maybe 2 - 1st downs until the last drive. You go with what gets you to the dance and that was blitz and blitz and blitz some more until he makes another mistake. I'll be damned, if I am going to let a QB throw and throw and throw on every down and eat up yardage when I have an 8 point lead. Not to have thrown in a couple of blitzes on 3rd and 17 was a FATAL mistake. what about the time they snapped the ball back on the ground and the qb had to get down to get the ball, if they blitz there he is toast.
