Units is fairly easy.

Moneylines are mostly in the hundreds (ie -110, +110). Every wager has a moneyline including point spreads and everything else.

If you bet 1 unit on a team -110, it would be 1.10 units to win 1 unit.

If you bet 1 unit on a team +110, it would be 1 unit to win 1.10 units.

If you bet 2 units on a team -130, it would be 2.60 units to win 2 units

If you bet 2 units on a team +130, it would be 2 units to win 2.60 units.

I hope this makes sense because I'm pretty tired and trying to explain it the easiest way possible for you to understand.

Pretty much just round the moneyline for 110 either way + or - to 1.10 for units.
