p, I don't know if you saw the play at the end where Philly made the INT, but, That was an illegal chuck on the cornerback he had his hands on him until they hit the endzone and the line of scrimmage was the 7, so inside of the 2 he had his hands on Keyshawn and it should have been 1st and goal for carolina at the 3 and a half yd line. I don't know why they make these rules if they are NOT GOING to INFORCE them. Anyone that knows the rules knows that it was an illegal chuck against Philly.
