im not taking anything away from federer, he won...yes he was down 15-40 in the 5th twice, i saw and he won..big congrats to him on pulling it out, but rafa was clearly not even anywhere close to 100% in that set...he was able to hit shots but his movement was clearly affected and his serves had nothing on them bc he couldnt put the weight on that leg...if you cant see that, you must either have been just listening to the audio and not watching, or maybe u had blinders on i dunno...doesnt matter fed won regardless end of story |
I saw Nadal limping right when he came back from that Injury break and that's about it. Federer was hitting more lines than Tony Montana in that 5th set, injured or not, nothing Nadal could have done. Nadal had his chances, but blew it. Federer had his chances and got them. Thats what Tennis is all about! When it counts...
