| This will be the home opener for St. Louis and that's always a little worrysome when you're laying double digit points. E. ILL. only shot 18.4% from the field in their opener at Xavier with Josh Gomes being the only scorer in double digits with 11 points. I know St. Louis isn't the defensive team that Xavier is but Gomes is the only real scoring threat that Eastern has at this time and he can score in bunches if left unchecked. If St. Louis can hold Gomes to around 18 or under they should be able to cover the 14 points. ST. LOUIS -14 |
