TENNESSEE ST. AT OHIO ST. 12-23

Ohio St. is a very good 3 pt. shooting team. They'll get plenty of open looks in this game if they just move the ball around and wait for the open shot. Tenn. St. is not a good defensive team. To cover this number Ohio St. must do two things. (1) Stop Tenn. States transition game. Do not let them have easy lay-ups. (2) Play solid defense for the first 4-5 passes in Tenn. States half court offense. They aren't very patient and have a tendency to take bad shots. The only problem I see is a possible back door cover.

Either Ohio St. was looking ahead to xmas and some time off or their not nearly as good as I thought. Ohio St. only shot 6-19 from three for 31.6% and allowed Tenn. St. to shot 13-28 for 46.4%. The only way Ohio St. won this game was because of the difference in FT. Ohio St. went 20-25 from the line and Tenn. St. went 4-6. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put a good game plan togeather to stop this Tenn. St. team.
