I was way overdue for a good week in college football going 5-1 (+7.80 units). For the first time in a very long time I am both plus in the nfl and ncaa. I know I can pick winners in college, but I am surprising myself in the nfl this year. These season is really winding down fast as most teams have 7 or 8 games under their belts already. My first half of the season was very average, so I am looking to close out the year with many winners, or at least that is the plan, we all know how that goes. Here we go again………




N Illinois +16.5 vs Iowa (best bet)……………I really like this game a lot when I saw how high the line was and then yesterday I read where Iowa’s QB will not play. Iowa is a very over rated team again this year. N Illinois has the best running back in the land and he has ran well against big name teams before. I think behind his running and trying to control the clock some, this is way too big a number to cover for Iowa. I really expect this game to be decided in the fourth quarter.

Kansas -2 vs Colorado (best bet)…………..I hate to make my best bet on a lousy team, but they are playing a team much worse than them. When I saw this line at first, I thought it must be at Colorado. If this were at Colorado I would say they have a shot at winning, but not in Kansas. Kansas sucks, but they do have three wins while Colorado has only one. This one almost looks too easy to me.

Indiana +7 vs Michigan St (strong play)…………..I just cannot put money on Michigan State anymore, you just never know what you are going to get with them. I really do not think that Michigan State is all that much better than Indiana. Indiana is more than capable of winning this game outright, I guess it depends on which Mich St team shows up. If Indiana is good enough to beat Iowa, they are good enough to beat the Spartans.

Oregon St +10.5 vs USC (strong play)…………….I am not afraid of USC. They are still winning, but they are not blowing teams away like we are used to seeing. I believe the past couple of times USC has to travel to Oregon St, they had some real battles on their hands, so OSU should have some confidence against the Trojans going into this one. OSU also plays some defense and might be a little underrated in that department. I think this games goes into the fourth quarter with an Oregon State lead and USC finds a way to win it late. USC gets the win, but Oregon St gets the cover.

New Mexico +6.5 vs Colorado St (regular play)…………This one is more of a strong gut feeling. I think these two teams are dead even and anybody can win this game. I should of bought a half point and made this seven, but it is very rare that I buy points. I really feel like this is a winner, but watch and see since I mentioned buying points if Colorado St does not win by exactly seven.

Missouri -1.5 vs Oklahoma (regular play)…………..Going against another big name program this week. I already went against USC, now I am going against the Sooners. Not impressed with Oklahoma’s offense, especially now with their running back out. They can play great defense, but Missouri has the offense to score against them. Something tells me Missouri might win this game rather easily. I feel this game means more to the Missouri program than it does to Oklahoma.

Wake Forest -8.5 vs N Carolina………..This is a really bad Tarheel team. Hoops is just around the corner and I bet they will be happy then, but not now.

Vanderbilt -8.5 vs Duke…………Just read the above post and insert Duke where it says N Carolina.

Penn State -3 vs Purdue………….Penn State always plays well vs Purdue and this is the worst Purdue team they have had in recent years. Penn State should have enough to win this one.

Georgia +13.5 vs Florida………..Even though Georgia has been a huge bust this year, I cannot pass them up as a dog. Anything can happen in a Georgia/Florida game. If Georgia has any pride left, they will at least cover this generous spread.

Florida Int. +35.5 vs Alabama………..How can conservative Bama be favored by this many vs anybody?



There are others I like, but I think I better stop here. I already have eleven games listed.

BOL Mark, Only 1 game I really disagree with and that is Wake Forest, I had Wake 2 weeks ago as a 3.5 pt dog and they got the cover and straight up win @ NC State. This has TRAP written all over it!!! I don't know if Carolina can win it, but, at least will throw a scare into Wake this weekend, Not to mention, the entire East Coast will be water logged tomorrow!!!
