When you got heavy action on a particular side for a game, did you usually buy back the difference or put some action somehwere else to even it out?

IN 1995...I HAD 75 PLAYERS AND IN WEEK 4 THEY ALL WON.....IN WEEK 5 THEY ALL WON BUT A FEW......IN WEEK6 THEY KILL ME....

MOST OF THE PLAYERS BET 50-200 A GAME I HAD A FEW THAT BET 1000 TO 4000..........IN THOSE 3 WEEK I WAS DOWN OVER 90K....MAN I WANT TO GIVE IT ALL UP ....BUT I KNEW IT WOULD COME BACK MY WAY........THAT YEAR I GROSS OVER 60K...AND THANK MY LUCKIE STAR!!!!!

Man, I dont blame you for thinking that stuck 90k Thats good you stuck with it and all came out in the wash at the end. I know a local, a buddy of mine that is doing pretty well for himself right now. I would ask him for some info, but he doesnt book enough action.

yeah all in all bookies come out ahead...they make take a big beating here and there, but it just makes their clients more greedy and think they can win and they usually will start to play more action and then lose it all back....if you have the kind of capital to lose 90k in 3 weeks and keep going you must be doing good for yourself ACE, lol. Glad you came out ahead that yr! Was being an ex bookie your full time job or did you have another one as well, if you don't mind me asking
