OK, couple of simple tips for you guys who don't bet at legal Nevada sportsbooks
or at your computer with an offshore account. If you place your bets over the
telephone with your local "accountant," here a couple of things to be aware of.

Rule one. Make the guy run down all the numbers every time you get the line.
If you get into the bad habit of asking for the line on a specific game, or games,
the smart bookmaker is going to spot your tendencies and start trying to steal
a half a point from you when he can. Always get a complete rundown.
Having said that, if you followed our advice from last week and have more than
a couple places to play, then let the book try to out guess you on the numbers.
You only play when he guesses wrong and gives you a 1/2 point of so the best of it.

Rule two. Everybody makes accounting mistakes, Always try to get him to give
you the "figure" first. Then if he has made an error in your favor, you can point it
out if you want to. If you give the figure first, and you have made the error in his
favor, there is no guarantee that he will bring it up, When you are making 20 to 30
football bets a week, lots of mistakes happen protect yourself! Always ask him to
give your "figure" or "bottom" first.

yeah always have to get them to give you all the lines, otherwise if you say can you give me the line on the eagles game this week they will fuck you on the line in their favor, a lot of places do that....its a pain in the ass for cfb though when there are like 100000 games, lol, thats why i just place most of my shit online, lol, thanks for the tips viccerb
