| Pitt beat Rutgers last five years, all by 12+ points, winning last two visits to this site, 42-0/42-32; Panthers are 13-9 vs spread in series, but 3-10 vs number in last 13 Big East openers. Rutgers outgained Pitt last year, 407-397 but still lost 41-17. Panthers are 1-3, beating I-AA Youngstown last week; they have a turnover ratio of minus-5 this season. Rutgers is hard to gauge; they blew big lead in losing opener at Illinois, then beat pair of lightweights. Wannstedt has to have a pretty big coaching edge over Schiano. Big game for Pittsburgh, this would be a very bad game for them to lose, recruiting-wise. |

| I think the under is a really solid play. The line movement is all over the place with the pick. A lot of people are basing the O/U on the way this game has gone the last 4 years. Pitt of course is going to play good D. Rutgers is surprisingly tough in the red zone. I look for a mid to upper 30 total in this one. More FG's than TD's with a few turnovers. Go Pitt and the Under! It's crazy last night went to sleep and got Pitt at +1.5 now its at -2 thats quite a big swing. Think the people finally saw the value at +1 1/2. Good Luck All! KCD |
