Can Someone explain this to me????

Looking at these stats, How in the Hell can this game be scoreless at the end of the 1st qtr?????? I just don't get it!!!

Sept. 3 UCLA 44, San Diego St. 21
Sept. 10 Air Force 41, San Diego St. 29
Sept. 17 Ohio St. 27, San Diego St. 6
Sept. 24 San Diego St. 52, San Jose St. 21

Sept. 3 Boston College 20, BYU 3
Sept. 10 BYU 45, E. Illinois 10
Sept. 24 TCU 51, BYU 50

9 minutes left before halftime and it is still no score. This is going to screw up a great day of wagering for me. I can understand it not being close to halfway to 57 at halftime, but, to be SCORELESS after 21 minutes of playing time is a lot for me to digest. The only thing I can hope for is to go into OVERTIME like 17-17 or 21-21 and get lucky.

Well with 2:49 to go in the half it's SDS 10- BYU 3, I need a TD in the worst way!!!! 20 points at the half might not be too bad.

I have seen 3-0, 6-0 type games in the 1st half, only for both teams to explode in the 2nd and end the score being 35-28. I hope this is the case for you tonight Nick

thx Tommy, It is now 17-3 SDS with 0:39 seconds left before halftime. I have to feel good having 20 points at halftime. I need 38 in the 2nd half and they scored these 20 points in less than 9 minutes. Never say never.
