What can I say? I just simply suck this year in college football, from start to finish. No excuses. I cannot remember a year where I have been this bad in college football. The NFL yes, but not NCAA. I just cannot get a handle on it this year for some reason.

I am going to continue to post my plays every week, but if I don't win this week, my plays will be just for fun. Money does not grow on trees. If it did, I would have an orchard in my back yard. So more than likely, my plays will be for you guys to fade the rest of the year. It is amazing how good I feel about my picks, but how poorly they have done.


boston college +14 vs virginia tech (BEST BET)..............I really like this one. I think BC matches up with them and has the strength to give them a game. I have read posts over the net from a tech blowout to a bc outrgiht win. I certainly do not think tech loses this game straightup, but I think it will be decided in the fourth quarter. The only part that scares me is with the bcs standings, teams have to beat teams badly and if tech gets the chance, they will run it up. I think BC uses a running game and a short passing game to control the clock and stay in this one. I still do not think tech is the great team that most people think. They are not in the same class as usc or texas. tech by 10 or less.



georgia tech -3 vs clemson (STRONG PLAY)..........I know this will be a tight game, but I am surprised this line in not a little higher. Clemson playing a good ball right now, even on the road, but my gut tells me tech will be fired up and win this one muche easier than expected. I just see alot of value in this one getting tech at home laying only a field goal.


Over 62.5 michigan/northwestern (STRONG PLAY)...............I am usually not a totals player, but I cannot pass this one. up. Northwestern just lights it up every week, and playing at home vs michigan, with a fired up crowd will help. Not touching this side though......too many people on the northwestern bandwagon right now. They have sort of people a public favorite to root for. I could see both sides winning, I will be rooting for northwestern. I don't see either team stopping each other the entire game. I really look for this one to hit at least 75. I think both teams are capable of putting 40 points on the board this week. I love over at only 62.5. Did I say only 62.5?? sounds funny don't it? I look for 40 by halftime.

baylor +11.5 vs texas tech..........i guess tech is not as good as people thought. baylor competitive this year. nice home dog.


nc state -6.5 vs s mississippi...........you have got to be crazy to bet on any nc state game, well just put me in the funny farm then. i say they show up this week.

tcu -6.5 vs san diego state...........this one just looks too easy. i guess i will fall into the same trap that everybody else has so far this week. this is either a blowout, or an outright san diego state win. i think blowout.


Well, that is all for this week. Hopefully I will win, otherwise it is just playmoney next week for me.

college hoops is not far away. i don't know where this season has gone. time flies when you are losing money ( i mean having fun)
