My nephew Kyle wants to go play football for Army. He just blew out his ACL when a lineman that outweighed him some 80 + lbs grabbed him from his shoulder pads as he set to pass. The good thing is it was completely torn and they will use a cadavers tendon and replace the whole ACL. I hated to see this cause he was going to be a good one I do beleive. I talked to my brother and he said they have a good doctor that has done this procedure many times and knows what he is doing, he said the knee should be perfect when he is finished. You know the new rule they have about grabbing the pads under the jersey and pulling a player backwards, well that is what happened to him. My nephew wanted to play Saftey and they lost their starting QB and well he is an all purpose athelete and the coach told him he had to play QB, he didn't want to, but, well you know coach gets the final word.I wonder if this will affect his catching in baseball??? It's a bitch
