College Bowl Pool?????

Who would be interested in a College Bowl Pool/Contest??

I would come up with something creative to run. Instead of an entry fee for a regular pool and collecting $$ from everyone, I could work something out with a sportsbook, so whoever would want in would simply make a deposit into a sportsbook and the winners would get the prize $ into thier sportsbook accounts. Lets say make it $50 to get in to this pool. $50 is not an entry fee, it is a deposit you would make into a sportsbook to bet with like you normally would. $50 X how many entries = Prize money into thier sportsbook accounts. 3 places for prizez 50% 30% and 20% of $50 X # of entries.

What do you think?? If you are interested in something like this post in this thread. If thier is enough interest I will give it a go. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

What is the turnaround on prise money won, just asking up front, I don't want to get in and find out after I have to turn it over 20X or something crazy like that. Oh and will there be a turnover on the $50 bucks that we deposit?

There would be no turnover whatsoever. It would be what the sportsbooks current rules are for withdrawls regularly as if you made a deposit.

The more people that get in the better the prize pool

The only thing you got to lose by getting into this pool is if you lost your bets and the $50 ran out.

The Contest is going to be fun. I will set it up so that we will do something for each and every bowl game seperately and I will keep tabs throughout.

I'd have to pass.

Too sporadic of a Bowl Schedule, too many 'office parties', and I'd be forcing a play too many nights just for this Contest.

Ii would join if something similiar was set up for a Month-long Basketball Contest.

There's so many Bowl Games, many I'm not going to want to 'play'.

A contest would probably involves picking all (or most) of them ATS. If you're just looking at the January games, by then I'd rather be handicapping the Basketball games...

It was just my opinion. I hope you have it, so I can follow the majority.:o

Who says you have to actually bet every game Everything? All picks will be for contest purposes, If you want to bet them for real, that would be up to you. The contest would start with the 1st bowl game and end with the last , so I have to hurry

I am also working on a BBall contest as well.
