Well guys this is it for the 2006 NCAA Football season, hopefully it has been as fun and profitable for you as it has for me. I have used so many factors into this Rose Bowl.

1. Momentum
2. Offense
3. Defense
4. Special Teams
5. Coaching
6. Injuries
7. Records & statistics
8. My System ( If anyone cares about my System that I have used so far, Texas has a 1.6 ppg Edge )
9. Weather
10. Location

So many things to look at. So many factors pointing into USC's favor, but I believe USC has 2 weaknesses that Texas will exploit.

1. Special Teams
2. The short passing game

I also think that USC having not yet had to defend against a mobile QB as Vince Young, will create problems. I know this arguement works both ways, where you could go with USC having the better ground attack and they have more weapons, the game is on California, in their backyard, they have 34 wins in a row 2 Heisman trophy winners, Leinart has thrown for Over 3,000 yards this season, Reggie Bush has had 500 all purpose yards in a single game, but you know what???

No bet for me too. I agrre with you naught. Those guys have been sleep-walking through the reg. season. Their whole goal this year is to win 3 in a row. Now look where there at. Starring right at a Texas team under Brown that finally beat OU and is playing for a national championship, and theier playing in Pasadena. The SC campus is 10 minutes awawy without traffic. Reggie will make millions tonite with his performance. The next Lienhart and Bush will be watching this game from their So. Cal home and will decide to attend SC. They dodged all the landmines in their schedule and are looking for blood. I'd leave Beevo(that UT mascot, I think that's his name) in the cattle trailer, because he might get a fork stuck in him.

Tonight Vince Young showed that he deserved the Heisman.

For all you USC backers and fans you are a great football team, but your QB has no class. Listening to his remarks on the field about even though we lost, we are still the better football team. Dude, we beat you...accept it.

Like I said before defense wins championships!

The whole nation counted us out.....

34 Straight wins, 2 Hesiman trophy winners, SC home game, ( basically 10 minutes from campus I think ) ESPN for the past month compared USC as the greatest team of all time to Ohio St '02, ND '85, Bama '79, Leinart was off doing publicity as was Bush and NO ONE even recognized we were even playing!

AHAHA!!! Don't kid yourself. USC was up by 12 points with 6:43 left. USC was up by 5 with 2:00 left and 4th and 2 came up. L. White had been really successful all game running against us and if USC converts the 4th down, then USC most likely would have won, but Texas stopped them. Texas drove down the field and won the game. Remember the " incidental" 5 yd facemask on USC? Take a look at that replay once again and tell me it was incidental.
USC squeaked by ND on the last second and you know what? You cannot just hang around and let teams back in games and just say we will win the game, it will come to bite yourself in the ass. Dan I am assuming you are a USC fan. Why do you have to be a sore loser? You split the title 2 years ago with LSU and you won last year? 34 wins in a row and you got beat last night.
Why do you feel the need to say that USC handed us the win?

Say what you want, but Texas won this game.

Im neither a USC nor a TEX fan.......i watched the game as a mutual spectator .........and non bias and i am saying that USC gave tex that game.........and the refs. loved fucking USC yest........vince young knee down.......not reviewing that.....

Look the whole world never even for a second thought Texas would come close...USC was supposed to roll by double digits and Texas hung in there and won the game...why do you have to make excuses otherwise.

From a bettors standpoint why would you not take Texas.

Bottom line Dan, USC didn't give us anything. USC was up by 12 points with 6 remaining in the 4 th quarter.
