Default USA On-Line Gambling Your Opinon Please!

Looks like Bush and the boys are about to put an end to Americans playing dollar poker and betting a buck on our favorite sports team. I think you all know how I feel about the way our Country is going. This man and his boys seem to have their priorities all screwed up once again. There are more than 2700 dead Americans over 20,000 wounded, in a war for no reason. The boarders are still not secure, the deficit is sky rocketing, our Ports are not secure,we still have no alternative for our oil dependence on Nations that hate us.
The elections are coming,CHANGE is the only answer!
With all these major problems Bush has decided that you and I betting a game or playing poker is THE REAL PROBLEM! I give up almost!

Anyway if anyone sees or hears how the sports books and poker rooms are reacting to this please keep all of us informed.I need a little peace of mind when I am playing a one dollar sit"n go or betting a buck on my EAGLES.

Thanks and Good Luck!

hey man i agree w you 100%..you would think some of these other issues would be more important than limiting online gambling but i guess not, i guess its more important to prevent us from spending our money playing cards or supporting a sports team then it is to figure out how to stop kids from getting hold of guns and drugs, or from preventing illegals from entering the us...freaking ridiculous...the gaming industry is way too big, even w this law about to be passed its only a matter of time until the poker rooms and sportsbooks find loopholes around it for us bettors, and i for one will be looking for it thats for sure

Thanks for starting this thread Old Head.

I cannot believe my eyes to see unlawful internet gambling language attached to a Port Security Bill. There should of been more focus on the security itself and no wasted space about something that's irrelevent. First thing that comes to my mind is personal agenda. There is no other reason for it, but for some politicians to have election agendas and/or to fill thier pockets.

This Bill should of passed a while ago, but it was held up due to the internet gambling language to my understanding. That is a shame, same as the rouge politicians trying to run our lives to get votes from the religious.

This is not about gambling online, it's about our freedom slowly being taken away.

I suggest everyone think long and hard before you vote or don't plan to make a vote come November.
