A few of the many highlights of Allen Iverson during his time in Philly.

1996. June 6th. Allen is drafted with the first overall pick,after his sophomore year at Georgetown.
1997. May 1st. Allen is named NBA Rookie of the Year after averaging 23.5 points,7.5 assists and 4.1 rebounds.
1998. Jan 15th. Outplays Michael Jordan in 103-93 win over the Bulls.
1999. June 8th. Allen is first Sixer since Charles Barkley in 1990-91 to be named first-team All- NBA.
2000. Feb 6th. Allen Iverson takes 40 shots,scores 50 in win over Kings.
2001. Feb. 11th. Allen wins MVP of All Star game after scoring 25 in 111-110 win...April 24th. Leads Sixers to win with 45,dueling it out with Reggie Miller in game two over the Pacers,Sixers win best of five in four...May 9th. Allen Iverson set a franchise record with the Sixers scoring 54 in Eastern semifinals against the Raptors...June 3rd. Allen Iverson takes the Sixers to the NBA Finals for the first time since 1983. He goes 17 for 33 and finishes the game with 44, as the Sixers eliminate the Bucks....June 8th. Allen scores 48 in an overtime win over the Lakers in game one of the NBA Finals.
2002. Jan. 15th. Allen Iverson scored 58 points in an overtime win over the Rockets, one day after Kobe Bryant scored 56 for the Lakers.
2003. May 2nd. Allen scores 45 points in 47 minutes, helping the Sixers defeat the Hornets and clinching their first- round playoff series.
2004. Dec 21st. Allen Iverson scores 51 points against the Jazz,after scoring 54 against the Bucks.
2005. Feb. 13th. On his way to his fourth scoring title,Allen scores 60 points against the Orlando Magic,his career high.
2006. April 19th. Allen Iverson ends one of his best ever seasons.He averages 33 points and 7.4 assists.
