Police are saying that Josh Hancock was driving drunk at the time of his fatal accident. They are also saying marijuana was also found in his vehicle. He was also talking on his cell phone at the time.

definately dont feel sorry for this guy....doing 3 things wrong at once...anyone driving under the influence of alcohol, legally drunk, doesnt get my sympathy, sry
