Beer Champs

Hey all you beer champs, I got a question for ya... One of my friends is thinking about going on a diet, but she loves drinking beer and refuses to give it up during her diet... Basically my question is: Is it better for her to drink 10 regular beers or 15 lite beers?

Advice is Needed!

How about 3-4 Light Beers. That would be fine. Got to cut down on a diet.

15 light beers won't do a thing.

how about if she wants to be on a real diet......to cut the beer off period

dont think i know anyone who has went on a diet and has beer as a regular staple of their diet...gonna be tough to keep the pot belly off drinking that much but id syay the light beers, just a guess

Well she refuses to give up beer so I don't know what to tell her...I'll try and convince her to cut down on her beers per day, but she's a champ!
