Let Me Introduce Myself

I’ve Thought Long And Hard About Doing This , But Of All The Forums I Visit This Is The Place I Want To Call Home. I Don’t Know How You Got My Name To Invite Me But I Am Glad You Did. When I First Received The Invite I Thought “ Oh God Not Another Forum “ But I Decided To Take A Look And I Liked What I Saw And When You Started To Attract People Like Ace Ace , Jim Feist Sucks ( What A Monica ) And Roxy , Some Of The Best From Other Sites And The Input From The Moderators Have Swung Me Over To Make Me Sit Down An Write This.

I Am A Retired Electrician From New York City Now Living In Henderson Nevada , Just Outside Of Vegas. Pro Football Is What I Am Best At But I Do Dabble In The College Game. I Do The Pro’s And My Brother Is The College Guy. We Have Been Betting Football For Over 35 Years , It Is My Hobby And I Take It Seriously , I Don’t Like To Loose., Although I’ve Had My Losing Years , On The Whole I’m Ahead And Plan To Stay That Way.

We Enter The Hilton Contest Every Year , The Stations Contest And This Year We Are Adding The Leroys College Contest. This Is Why We Moved Here , It’s Fun And We Enjoy It Every Week .

We Meet With Other Pro Handicappers And Some Gifted Amatures Like Us Every Week To Discuss The Games . We Go Over Power Ratings , Schedule Analysis , Systems , Current And Season To Date Performance And Anything Else That One Thinks Pertains To A Particular Game. Let Me Clarify What I Mean By “pro Handicappers” .

Pro Capper = A Person Who Runs A Sports Service And Who Bets His Own Picks. Usually A One Man Operation. Guys Like Shaun Hess , Bryan Leonard , Ted Sevransky And Steve Fezzik.

Touts = Guys Like Feist , While He Has A Few Good Cappers Working For Him , Is More Of A Business Man Instead Of A Handicapper. Guys Like Root , Stu Feiner , Well You Get The Idea.

Any Plays I Post Are Ones I Have Already Bet And At The Line I Got It At . I Am A Predominately A Flat Bettor At A 2% Of Bankroll When Winning , With A Few Best Bets A Year At The 3% Level. If Things Are Going Bad I’ll Be At 1% And If It Continues I’ll Quit Before I Give It All Back . That’s Just My Way , If You Don’t Walk Away A Winner You Will Walk Away A Loser.

I Will Be Here For Football Season And I Might Dabble In Hoops , But That Is It , I Hate Baseball And Though I Have A Friend That Does Hockey Totals I Have Trouble Getting Into It.

TOMMY B, great introduction, and let me say we are personally thrilled to have you here at SCI and are looking fwd to your picks, info, and analysis that you share w the rest of us. Our main goal here is to provide a site where all of us who have the same goal, to make $$ by betting on sports, can interact and help each other out to make $$. Everyone here has a sport they probably cap better than the others and are more successful at and can teach others about. I am glad that you are calling this site home, and assure you things will only get bigger and better here from now on.

what part of NY are you from? i reside in westchester county.

Moved To Tuckahoe , Graduated From Eastchester High School
Lived Also In Long Island And Rockland County
Now In Nevada

Just woke up and read this post. I have to say that I am very pleased as I think everyone else should be that your here. Things have just started here and I hope that SCI grows into something great and unique for everyone.

Glad your here Tommy and I really look forward to your football knowledge. There will be alot of great information in the Insider forum coming in a few weeks and I really hope that your a part of it. I am working on a few football contests now, should be a fun first football season here and I hope you enjoy your time. No one or at least very few have an ajenda here and I plan on trying to keep it that way

I am very happy that you want to be a big part here as we are in the growing process. Most people just wait till it grows, rather then helping it grow. Everyone that is here now i will not forget when this place gets big.

from the bx huh? nice....i was born in white plains, and went to scarsdale high school, and live in scarsdale right now...how do you like it out in nevada? i might be out in vegas sometime before the end of the yr, def will let you know if im headed out that way

wow, this forum is getting even better and better day by day.

i've been to some other gambling forums too and i have to say this one is definately the best of them. not only because of the people around here that are just great and giving a lot of informations you won't get anywhere else but also because of the good vibe that is going on in here. in other forums there is always some flaming but not here.

that was a nice read tommy and i appreciate it a lot! i am looking forward to your posts and your knowledge. looks like we both find us a perfect home

Naught --- The Best Thing About Living In The Vegas Area And The Best Kept Secret Is The Weather. Once You Get Past The Summer Heat In July And Aug The Rest Of The Year Is Just Great, Very Little Rain And The Winters Are Mild , Long Sleve Shirt In The Daytime. When I Want To See Snow I Look Up At Mt. Charlston And Thats Close Enough To That White Stuff For Me. Let Me Know When You Come Out And We Can Talk Sports And Hoist A Few.

your a class act already tommy B. ive been to NY twice and its a fantastic city! i wasnt the same after a night partying there.lol.your in henderson and im going to vegas in oct but my 1st stop will be green valley ranch and i understand its in henderson? maybe you can give me directions as the time grows near. this is a great place full of quality people and tho i have a homebase i come here every day. big123 and naught33 make us feel like family. it totaly rocks! welcome again tommy B!
