3-Units (6:05 P.M. CST)

A person can't help but feel the pain that the Cardinals are going through this season. After a remarkable season last year, they sit near the bottom of the National League Central standings. To make matters worse they will be taking the field for the first time after dealing with the loss of one of their team mates. The last time St. Louis lost a starting pitcher, they lost their next game and went on to lose five of seven before finally going on to win the N.L. Central Title.
They will travel to take on a Milwaukee team that is currently running away with the Central Division. The Cardinals will face a Milwaukee squad that has won eight of its last eleven and is coming off of a 4-2 road trip. Jeff Suppan will get the start for the Brewers. He is on a current 3 game win streak with a 2.21 ERA in those games.
St. Louis will be starting Kip Wells. Wells is off to a slow start this year with a 1-4 record and 4.70 ERA. His last 3 games have been very disappointing to say the least. He has an 0-3 record and 7.13 ERA in those games.
I look for this to be a down spot for an already reeling Cardinals club. Take Milwaukee for 3-Units.
