The Panthers may be the worst Division 1A major school in the country right now. They did Cincinnati last time out, but they are just 2-4 on the season, 2-3 ATS. They are 1-3 ATS as a favorite, 13-16 ATS over the past three seasons, and just 23-33 ATS as a favorite since 1992. Sout Florida has two losses, one to Penn St and one to Miami, both totally understandable. Though they are 3-2 on the season, they are a perfect 4-0 ATS and have that huge win over Louisville on the resume. They are also 3-0 ATS a dog this season, 23-16 ATS since becoming a part of D-1 play, and 4-2 ATS off of a bye in the past four seasons.
