day two of my goofy system worked again. i don't know why i abandoned it last time after it losing two days in a row. i need the discipline to keep going against myself.

interleague starts today and i hate and suck at interleauge play. i can just hope this goofy system comes through again.


baltimore +157 vs ny mets (3 units)..................mets are simply the best team in baseball right now. they just swept the phillies in philly and now come home and play the orioles. this should be another sweep for the red hot mets. they are just pounding the ball right now. should be another blowout. then again, i am usually wrong, so i better take the orioles.

washington +119 vs ny yankees (3 units)...............the nationals continue to suck lately, cannot beat anybody. i guess that winning streak they had is not only over, but a fluke. how here come the mighty yankees to town and you can get them as a small favorite. how can i pass that up? i will tell you how....because i am usually wrong, better take washington.

cubs +134 vs detroit (2 units)..........tigers have been a great story this year, they just keep on winning with new coach jim leyland. now they play one of the most over-rated teams every single year in the cubs. cubs suck again this year. detroit should have no problem winning this game. of course that means cubs win something like 7-3. i better take them.

atlanta -144 vs boston (2 units)...............here come the world champion redsox playing the suddenly offensive challenged braves. i cannot remember a year where they braves have been this bad. boston clearly the better team and you can get them as a small dog, i am not going to pass that up....wait a minute....yes i am, give me the braves in this one.

my next two plays are for one unit each. i have been taking two teams that do not appear to have a chance of winning, yet they seem to once in a while. you don't need many when you take big dogs.

tampa bay +180 vs phillies...........phils have their rookie pitcher cole hamels throwing, he might be their best pitcher so far this year. phils are in desparate need of a win. thank god they get the devil rays at home, with sensation cole hamels on the mound. this is as close to a lock as you will find. oops, that lock word slipped out, better change my mind and take tampa bay.

kansas city +199 vs houston..........kc one of the worst road teams ever. astros almost always play well at home. i don't know why they are even playing this one, they might as well just give it to houston now. i like to pick automatic losers....give me kansas city.



last day for me until monday, june 26th. going to jamaica and i am leaving in a few hours. i am not even going to think about baseball for a week other than check the scoreboard and hope a miracle happens and my phillies pick up some ground on the mets.

Mark, the only thing I can see that you are doing wrong is you are messing with the Cubs and the Braves. Take those 2 teams out as tho they did not exist and I think you are onto something good!!!

I can't see how you could lay -145 with Atlanta and they have only won 2 of their last 14 games.

Just forget the Braves and the CUBS, if you can't bet against them, NEVER bet on them. Both of these teams are going to fold like a BAD HAND in POKER!!!!
