lad over pitt...gotta back the lad at home at a low priced fav against lowly pitt...seems too easy here

clev/cincy....not sure what to make of this one...i see a tight game prob decided by the pens, of which clev is home and has the better bullpen so id side w them, maybe the under, but prob a no play for me

stl/det...ok maybe im missing something here w verlander/carpenter pitching, but when was the last time an al park had an o/u of 7.5? i mean cmon its not like its halladay vs clemens, both teams can mash this should go over imo

yanks/fla...fla been playing well but cant back them vs the yanks, esp how wang has been pitching, also cant back the yanks at -230..unless u parlay them...possibly RL play on the yanks

philly/boston...philly underachieving thusfar...beckett over madson seems easy here...a little high on the price tohugh backing boston, again a possible RL play or boston SU

mets/tor...no play for me...my 2 fav teams so hard for me to pick...tor was struggling a little before going into atl and sweeping the braves, mets have been playing well...give the pitchign edge to the mets w glavine throwing against the rookie but ill lay off it

wash/balt...lopez and patterson pitching, seems like a tight close under here if anything, dont feel confident in either side, wash sliding a bit and balt is usually decent at home, edge prob to balt, low priced fav

atl/tb...i know atl has lost like 10 in a row, but anytime smoltz is pitching u gotta consider him, he is still a horse, its just a question of whether he can keep the atl pen out of the equation...either bet atl in this spot or lay off

cubs/minny...johan pitching, nuff said..prob parlay material along w yankees

mlw/kc....NEXT

hou/cws..rematch of the WS, contreras def the better pitcher by far, houston doesnt score runs, dont see them getting much off contreras, cws here

tex/col....like the promising young pitcher koronka here as a dog, even more so love the over..see both pitchers giving up some runs, gotta like tex offense at coors field...see a slugfest

laa/az...have no clue here...az been a mess lately since the grimsley incident..laa been playing horrible all yr, prob a skip game

sea/sd...tempting to take sea as a dog...peavy really been struggling but continues to be big favorites when he pitches..dont like backing meche but might be worth a chance...if not prob the over or a no play

sf/oak...i know its schmidt, but its not automatic...another low total, possible over here

I'll tell you what Neil, before I played the Yankees on the RUNLINE and layed -1.5 and -130 juice against a team that is 10-1 in their last 11 games. Let's face it for a team to be 10-1 they have to be playing great ball ,pitching and hitting. I'd have to leave it alone if I can't back Florida. Florida has a bunch of young kids on their team and they are starting to beleive in themselves and that they can play ball with anyone. You would have to think that these kids are talking about going to the Bronx and beating the Yankees. Let's face it on any given day any team can beat any team. It is ashame I am not betting right now, because, this is the kind of game that I would bet on Florida. Everybody and their brother is going to bet the yankees and that -1.5 and -130 RUNLINE will probably go to -140 or even -150.

Another game, I just noticed , your so right my friendthe Braves are 0-10 in their last 10 games and just 2-18 in their last 20 games. I COULD NOT BET ATLANTA if you gave me the money to bet them. HERE IS A RULE I TRY TO FOLLOW, NEVER, NEVER ASK A BAD TEAM TO WIN FOR YOU!!!! ATLANTA MY FRIEND IS WORST THAN BAD. BE VERY CAREFUL, Smoltz is 0-2 in his last 3 starts with an ERA of 4.05 and is 2-2 on the road with an ERA of 4.59. On the other hand Tampa Bay is 8-4 in their last 12 games, so they are playing a lot better right now and they are @ HOME tonight.

Again be VERY careful with those 2 games my friend. They have games that are a lot better for wagering on tonight!!!! BOL!!!!

yeah man youre right....i backed off the braves, would love to take em but just cant..here are my plays


3 units parlay to win just about 3 units on minny/yanks...figure both will win and cant lay the big odds or feel comfy laying the -1.5 w either, so ill parlay them to lower the juice.
