| thx guys, The National league needs to lose the damn game bringing a washed up arm to pitch the 9th. Why didn't they save one of the FRESH young arms for the closer??? That made no sense whatsoever, I would have rather seen Turnbow close the game. WHY didn't they walk Young and load the bases with 2 outs, instead they pitched to him and he triples for the WIN. That made no sense to me at all.

| tough loss for u QN, i really thought u were gonna win and id be the one to get it in the ass w that ground rule double...however i do have to disagree w you....you got the no 2 career saves leader in ur bullpen of course u bring him in to close out the game....you give the NL that situation again and they would 100% bring in hoffman to get it done....its just like the AL they had jenks, papelbon and ryan....i know for sure papelbon and ryan have been much more lights out this yr than rivera has been but rivera being one of the great of all time the AL brings him in to close out the game...and about wanting to walk young to load the bases? wow, u would do that...no way, its pick ur poison u cant win that way, mauer who is leading the majors in hitting was up next lol. better luck today bro

| if anybody lets us(NL) down it was Tommy Glavine and Pedro Martinez. What a bunch of freaking bitches. They were still in New Yuck taking advantage of the buy 2 Dush Bags get one free. Figures only New York players would bow out of the All-Star game. New York sports where heart always comes second and money is the name of the game. Kiss my ass Mets your gonna blow the divison like you always do.

| Hahaha. Hey AUTIGER, you're so right. Trust me, NOBODY, is worried about the New "Yuck" Metropolitans making any noise in October. We all know that starting pitching will not hold up. Um, who do they have in their bullpen again????? Oh yea, the best closer in the game, Billy Wagner |

| haha...u guys are too funny...no one gives a rats ass about the all star game...i think its much more important to be healthy for the reg season and playoffs then to play in a meaningless game...besides NY was well represented anyways....autiger its sad but all good things must come to an end...finally wont have to watch the braves choke in the playoffs, what a waste all those division titles and how many WS u win? lol...oh well...as for the CWS, i cant talk shit about them, they are the defending champs and playing great ball...they will be in the hunt for the AL central and if they dont get that will def get the wild card and have a great shot to come out of the AL again this yr

| I'll tell you something else, MLB is hurting for pitchers right now. If they had enough quality pitchers a 1/4 of the pitchers in MLB (if not more) would be out of work. Let's face it when you have Hose Lima still pitching and "The Rocket" coming back to pitch at his age what does that tell you?????
