Neil, I cut my UNITS back to $10.00 early in the MLB season when I saw what was happening. I am still betting $10.00 per unit so when you see me betting 30* on a game thats only $300.00. I started the season out with $50.00 per unit so that would be 6* if I were betting $50.00 per unit. BTW, thats what I am starting football 2with is $50.00 per unit. I did that for a reason, so when I did get right I could bet more units and maybe get some of my $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ back. Thats exactly what I am doing right now. Last year I got talked into betting the same amount on each wager and thats where I screwed up. At the begining of this month I started wagering like I have my whole gambling life and you see where I am and the difference. I appreciate your concern, but, $300.00 on a wager is nothing. If I would have stayed at $50.00 per unit I'd be down about $6,500.00 this year and by cutting my wagers back, I am only down about $2,500.00 and betting like I am I can get my money back, I have all the confidence in the world right now.

BTW thx and when I see a game like Baltimore tonight I am going to pound it. I loved this game tonight:

Tampa Bay is 0-6 this month on the road and only averaging 1.8 PPG. Besides that Tampa is 10-32 ..... -vs- RHP on the road this year. Baltimore is batting .280 compared to Tampa's .253

How could you not bet against Tampa Bay looking at these stats and if this was not enough, surely with Tommy's write-up you could have.

1 other thing Neil, you cannot compare Tampa Bay to Minnesota... not today, not tomorrow nor anytime in the future. I am sorry you got stung with Baltimore the prior 2 nights but, you just bet them at the wrong time. All gamblers do what you did, lose 2 times on a team and you get to the point where you say I am not throwing anymore $$$ away on these pigs and bamm what happens they win 4-0. With Cabrera shutting out Toronto had to impress you a little if not a lot, so he has 2 shutouts back to back, with help

thx Neil and I did say I appreciate your concern, I do feel very comfortable betting $250.00 or $300.00 on my BEST BET. I would feel comfortable betting $400.00 or $500.00 on my Best BET and like I said, if I had looked at Tommy's post before the game started I would have doubled my wagers on Baltimore.

You don't remember me betting $100.00=1* and betting 20* 25* and 30* in the other forum, when I liked a play a lot or if I got a phone call on a game???

i honestly dont remember u betting 100 bucks per unit for 30 units on a play b4, im sure you did, and if that works for you man im all for it...i was just saying rl and ml on the same play is dangerous when u have it so big....sorry if i offended you ill keep my nose out of it from now on, you won, so good job i hope you keep winning and im wrong, i just think its hard to win i nthe long haul that way just my humble opinion but if it suits u and works for u im happy

don't misunderstand that was not an everyday thing, 3 to 5 times a year. I'd bet a dime, dime and a half sometimes 2 dimes when i would get a call. My usual big bet was 10* to 12* @ $100.00 per unit, mostly 3* to 5* or 6* for a regular bet.

As far as betting the runline and moneyline, whats the difference for instance tonight if I had bet $250.00 on the ml or runline instead of splitting it up and betting both??

Hey bro you did not offend me, thats what I was saying tonight that is the way I bet all my life and a year ago I let someone talk me into betting the same amount on each play, well look at my wins and losses coming into tonight 74-86 which means I would be in a hole and I will be winning the way I bet. I have never been a 60% to 70% capper in my life so I had to take my BEST BET and bet more on it to be able to win. I had an old gambler tell me to bet enough on your BEST BET to make sure you won if your BEST BET WON. He told me if you can't bet that amount on your BEST BET, it is not a BEST BET, I agree with that. Like tonight, if I could not bet $250.00 on Baltimore, then I could not have liked it that much RIGHT????

It does work for me and I saw you betting 10* on 1 play and 5* and 3* on other plays in the same day.

WE are ok bro, I welcome anyones opinion, but, it does not mean I have to agree with it. The world would be in bad shape if all gamblers bet the same way. If someone bets 1* or 2* and their unit is $500.00 or $1,000.00 thats fine with me.Thats why I put what my units are in the top of my results, so if someone see 20* and says WOW if he plays $500.00 per UNIT thats 10,000.00 dollars so when they see 20* it's no biggie.
