Tampa Bay Devil Rays @ Baltimore Orioles

This afternoon JP Howell (0-1, 10.80 era) takes the mound in attempt to stop the D-Rays 2 game slide vs Adam Loewen (4-4 5.57 era) and the Baltimore Orioles. In Howell's 2 August starts he has pitched 8.1 inning giving up 14 hiuts, 11 earned runs, earning him an era of 10.80. Loewen has never been o ntrack vs TB either. His last outin vs TB, he lasted 4 innings, giving up 6 hits, 5 runs and his bullpen to pick up the slack. Looking at a series here in Camden Yards where the last two games have gone under the total, runs should not be a premium this afternoon.
