My first MLB pick posted here.

NY Mets -109 over Atlanta Braves.....I usually would lay off a game where a team such as the Mets has already cliched home field throughout. Also Atlanta has nothing to play for, but this is different. The Mets havn't been playing all their players since clinching and have fallen into their first real slump all year... The mets cant go into the Post Season with no momentum, against teams that have been slugging it out in the playoff race.. Pedro gets his last start of the Reg season before the playoffs. And this is a very important start for him. He needs to show his teammates that hes ready for October. Since coming off the DL Pedro made 2 starts pitching 8 inning and given up 8 runs, although he looked better his last start.. Not today.Mets will wake back up, and Pedro will look like Pedro again.

Looks like, they would be foolish to pitch Pedro in the postseason at this point...Sorry guys.
