YTD: 175-150-2, +12.67 units...just a horrendous start to this season for me...time to pick it up.

3 units ATL (RAMIREZ) vs Oak (Zito) -120....Oak has one of the worst lineups in the majors and Zito has been nothing special on the mound thus far this season. Ramirez hasn't pitched up to expectation so far for the Braves, but he should be able to shut down the weak hitting A's, especially at home.

2 units BALT/Cincy over 10...neither pitcher has been shutting offenses down, and don't see them getting deep into the game here...there should be a few HRs in the game today and I see this one eclipsing the total by the 7th inning.

1 unit TEX/FLA over 9.5....two explosive offenses, this one could go over in the first 3 innings the way these guys hit....not sold on moehler and rodriguez is making his first start of the yr

2 units YANKS (PAVANO) +115 at Stl (Morris)...this is more a value play than anything else. Pavano is more familiar with the national league hitters and should fare well here against STL. The yanks seemed to get their offense going yesterday in their win over Mulder and today will try to beat Morris who is 7-0 on the year. I see this one being a tight game and being decided in the late innings and think the yanks win this one on the road

3 units CWS (GARCIA) -118 at Sd (Lawrence)...going w the better pitcher and better team here, CWS leads the majors w a 22-12 road record and I don't see SD taking 2 straight from them especially given this pitching matchup.

5 units CLEV (LEE) -122 at Sf (Reuter)....the giants are reeling and good fade material at the moment. This line is relatively low for the hot hitting indians who I feel keep up the hot bats today against Reuter who has been very avg this yr.

2 units MIN (RADKE) -112 at Lad (Houlton)....Houlton has been walking too many batters so far and carries an era of over 6 into this game. Minny should be able to get to him and radke should be solid on the mound in pitcher friendly dodger stadium

4 units CUBS (RUSCH) -132 vs Bos (Wakefield)...Rusch been solid all yr, wakefield has been brutal lately and struggled, cubbies get the sweep here.
