| I am going to start a research on a baseball parlay this season. I will be using virtual money instead of real money during this process. I will using $5 as the bet and using a book to calculate the payout. Here is where the members of SCI come in, I would like you to list the five teams you think will win the most games this year as I wll then take the top three teams from your list and go with a 3-team parlay for the season. I am not sure if this will be profitable or a BIG loss or waste of time but will attempt this. I may also track a five team parlay as well, unsure yet. So with this said please list your five teams. thanks for your help in this research dc P.S. if you think I should use a different amount than $5 PLMK I will consider all your input on this matter (positive/negative). | I don't condone anymore than a 2-team parlay. Especially in baseball where the moneyline means very little in my opinion. I usually bet a fair amount of underdogs for this reason. If I think an underdog has a decent shot at winning, I don't care how long the odds are. If you bet 3 team parlays on the highest juiced up teams everyday, you will get crushed over the season. Just my opinion. With that being said, here are my top 5 teams that I think will have the most wins this baseball season. NY Yankees Detroit Tigers Chicago White Sox Chicago Cubs LA Dodgers |

| not in any order here but id have to go with stl det mets yanks lad id stay away from the al west bc any of those teams can win that division, yanks pitching is an issue but boston is gonna be weak, so yanks should win that division unless toronto gets their pitchign squared away bc yanks still can outslug pretty much anyone..mets have some pitching issues, but lets remember they were without pedro for much of last yr as well...so i dont think its as big a deal, they still have the best lineup in the NL so i dont see anyone in the NL east being a major threat to them as braves arent as good as they had been as evidenced last yr and phillies are always at best a 88 win team...as for lad they got the best roster inthe NL west..i supposed SD could give them a run but i think lad are the better team here....cubs could be a surprise but i wont back them until i see wood and prior stay healthy for a full yr, and signging marquis/lilly doesnt excite me much, althouhg soriano will give them more offense...
