HR DERBY last nite>>

those hr's last nite looked very normal-go back afew years to bonds,sosa,mcguire,giambi all roid users.an there shots were up up an away montrous an all those oohs an aahhs,yup.all cheats n liars -im sorry but thats how i feel.thats why most of the public boos bonds.otherwise everyone would b on the edge of there seats rootin for him an bonds knows it.his interview with p.gammons last nite proved it too.he said sf fans were behind him ,maybe, but nowhere else.bonds said to gammons, why would you believe in 3rd parties,heck most of america is against him.why is that?

Beefree, I think Bonds made some good points, why should we believe a 3rd party? Has Bonds ever tested positive for steroid usage? If he did do you think he would be playing in tonight's All-Star Game? I do not think so. You see what they did to Jason Giambi and even Nefi Perez. That shows you that Bonds has to be clean. If they're busting guys like a 37 year old Nefi Perez who clearly does not have home run power, I think they could get Bonds if they wanted to. It's a shame that guys like Bonds and Sosa will never get the credit and respect that they clearly have earned and deserved. All I know is that I cheered loudly for Sammy during his Cub years and I will be at Wrigley next week doing the same for the future Home Run King of All Time!!!!

sox,i respect anyones opinion but where hav you been,the commisioner of baseball has a problem with it too and especially with bonds.the info on bonds is in.cmon it was in on pete rose years ago yet he denied it for years then admitted to it.the higher ups dont want to ruin baseball so there keeping it hush hush,bonds lied thats a fact.sosa bat -thats a fact.giambi statements cmon.even t glavine the players pres admitted to it but what can they do.when a commission of baseball did not want to go to tonites allstar game what does that tell you.im sure for baseball he will show up.

Bud Selig is a jackass.

But you know, it is a shame where the game of baseball is today. A player can not have a great year of 45 HR and 140 RBI without being put under a microscope and checked for steroids. The most prestigious record in ALL of sports is about to be broken and the public is trashing it. It's sad.

Befree, I ask this to all of the Bonds haters.......Has Bonds ever tested positive for steroids????? Has he ever failed a test????? You can rest assured that he is being heavily tested because baseball wants to bust him on anything they can find but they can't.

But I do respect your opinion Beefree. Not everyone is going to support everything that goes on in sports.

well i guess we can say some of that is cicumstantial.but the govt is not out to get bonds cmon.my guess and im a sanfrancisco giant fan,willie mays was my idle.i loved mccovey an orlando cepeda.bobby bonds were a hero as well.barry is a liar an it will come out.
