Default Thursday Baseball Picks!

Went 2-1 on 3 dogs yesterday. I'm only playing dogs and runlines for the rest of the season unless it's a total play or something that really catches my eye.

Bunch of early games today so putting my card up now. 2 plays

Listed Pitchers

Phillies/Brewcrew Under 9.5...............2*

Detroit Tigers -1.5 (Rogers) over Minny............2*

Thats it for now.

BOL today!

Tommy

I have to say that Hamels looks really good. If he can erase a couple walks and keep his pitch count down that kid can go 7+ per game soon

TOMMY, YOU DON'T KNOW HOW DAMNED CLOSE WE CAME TO LOSING OUR DETROIT RUNLINE WAGER.

WE WERE UP 5-2 GOING TO THE TOP OF THE 9TH AND TODD JONES GOT 2 QUICK OUTS AND THEN ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE

Ford doubled to left and then, Castillo singled to right and Ford went to 3rd.

Then Castillo went to 2nd on fielder's indifference. (I hate that shit)

Redmond singled to right and ford scored and Castillo went to 3rd (I don't know how he did not score)

Then Torii Hunter flied out to deep center, if he hits it either way but center it's a HOMERUN!!!!

Never nothing easy, always have to sweat these SOB's out!!!!

Yeah it did Nick. I was actually hoping deep down inside that the Phils got some more runs and won the game. I have to stop betting anything that has to do with the Phillies! lol.

The Brewers though Tommy? C'mon

As good as they were hitting a few weeks ago (.278 - 4th in the Majors), they've been putrid since. Jenkins has been putting me to sleep. The only guy that seems to be either way consistant is the rookie Fielder. Maybe Carlos too.

Hamels will see some real action soon.

As a Phillies fan I'm sure you can answer me this Tom.

What the sweet hell happened to Jimmy Rollins. Started the year off at a .350 click and has been sub .200 since. Something like 18 for 111 I thought I saw.

Yeah Buck, He's had 2 starts and both on the road against Cincy and Milwaukee. Cincy was hot at the time and it was his first start 1 hit and 7 Ks and today, Milwaukeee has been lethal at home, (look at thier record). He pitched very well the first 6 innings and started to lose it after 90 pitches, just because he's not used to the majors yet. He does has some nasty stuff. I think he will be great!

I don't know about Jimmy. I guess hes just in a slump right now. He was hot for so long that it had to eventually come.

Thanks Nick and Keith!!
