Orlando Magic +4 Over 203½-(Thanks to Dwight Howard, the Orlando Magic
have managed to take a commanding lead in the first round of the
Eastern Conference playoffs.)
Cleveland Cavaliers +4 Over 189½-(The fourth-seeded Cavaliers try to take a three-games-to-none series lead against the Wizards in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs when the teams square off Thursday at Washington.)
Utah Jazz -10 Under 184-(The Jazz, who posted the league's best regular-season home
record at 37-4, can close the series out with Game Three and Four at the EnergySolutions Arena on Thursday and Saturday, respectively.)

I agree with your Cleveland and Utah picks but really disagree with you on the Toronto/Orlando pick as now they are in Toronto and playing close enough to win in Orlando means wins at home.
