| I have lived in Dallas my whole life and it just amazes me the cockiness of this town. My Sirius radio is on 24/7 and mostly on NFL Radio. Great channel I might add, but there were a lot of fans this week calling in saying how Dallas was a 12-4 team, some even made the prediction of 14-2! Now I am not a Cowboy fan, but cmon 14-2? How does a team that couldn't make the playoffs get sold as a Super Bowl contender? The one caller that really got my attention was a Dallas native who said Jax was a layup... just shook my head and should have increased my bet on Jax. All in all, I just think Dallas is extremely overhyped. The 2 big acquisitions I think are flops. Sure TO will get his yards, but you paid a lot of money for a kicker who won't do kickoffs and is suffering from groin problems, not to mention his oversized ego. Just my opinions...but I hope Jax broght all the Dallas fans back down to earth. BTW - My Eagles looked good, even though it was Houston. :D |

| Yes, the Eagles looked great today after that first drive by Houston. Stallworth is looking like a great pickup, McNabb is healthy, Westy is Westy and Buck is back. The Defense also looks solid. Nasty pass rush. The Cowboys problem will be that sitting statue in Bledsoe. I think even with Owens and Glenn he will have a subpar season. The Jags in Jax is a layup? LOL. Good to see how things shaked out. They always have played tough at home for the last 2 years. |
